And people that do know Photoshop should try and encourage....

this is better than many other things I've seen posted here

(by that I mean all the tremendous crap that was thrown together in a moment of insanity and posted here)

 

It kind of sucks, yea. I bet you know that yourself. But it's fine, just keep going. Can't expect results to be good with something that you just started on.

 

If I were to get into video editing with After Effects for example my stuff would suck hard too.

You really need to practice many tutorials before you actually start making signatures and asking for ratings mate.
