this ain't a a bug, the server that is shown functions like that. WW+POTS=infinite speed

i have seen a  video where it was somebody who's speed was 4k. He was targeting to move and he was getting teleport.....

It is a bug, fuction or whatever. It is not changed by admin. As u see when he uses ww p def and speed increases!

Its the way the server treats as hax0r said.
