well i searched before make the post,and i didnt find anything similar,ofcorse there are posts concerning glows but this is a site that you can find every RBG color you want nice and easy.

i think that that site doesn't make wonderfull colors like photoshop does. i mean color burn, lighten, linear burn, darken etc etc. Anyway thanks.
