CS: GO includes new maps, new characters, new weapons and will update the classics (de_dust, etc.).. CS: GO will also include new modes, a system of matchmaking, rankings and more. "Counter-Strike took the video game industry by surprise when it became the MOD PC action game as played in the world just after its release in 1999." Doug Lombardi of Valve announced. "During the past 12 years, he continued to be one of the most played games in the world to be on top of video game tournaments and has sold over 25 million units through its franchises. CS: GO promises extend the presence of CS and its legendary gameplay on PC, Mac and consoles of last generation. " CS: GO is developed by Valve in cooperation with the studio in Seattle: Hidden Path Entertainment. The availability of the title is planned for early 2012 and will be presented at PAX Prime and Eurogamer Expo 2011.
