My favorite character is Kazuya Mishima from Tekken.

 

At age 8 he was thrown into a canyon by his father Heihachi Mishima, because he wanted to see if he is enough strong to survive the fall. When he climbed back up, he had such a big hatred for his father, that he made a deal with the Devil.

 

16 years later he returned to participate in his father's tournament, Tekken. He defeated everyone and then fought with his father. With the Devil's help he defeated his father and tried to kill him, but an old friend stopped him. Kazuya threw his father over the same canyon that he was thrown when he was young.

 

Kazuya took control of his father's corporation, Mishima Zaibatsu. Also he had a girlfriend, Jun Kazama. His pregnant girlfriend then learned that Heihachi survived the downfall and he wanted to take the corporation back. Kazuya created the second tournament to fight his father again.

 

The Devil was fighting with the good inside Kazuya's soul. The good defeated the Devil that made Kazuya strong, so Kazuya lost to his father in the tournament. His father first threw him over the canyon to see if he is just a worthless son, now he wanted to get rid of him forever, so he threw him over a volcano. Kazuya let behind his girlfriend and his kid, Jin Kazama and died.

 

Heihachi hunted Jun and Jin, but 20 years later, Kazuya returned! The Devil made him to survive the fall from the volcano.

 

Kazuya fought his father in Tekken 4 and he defeated him. He had done a deal with his father: If Kazuya was the winner of the fight, his father was going to lead him in the temple where Jin Kazama was jailed by him. Kazuya wanted to fight his son and get his Devil gene, because he knew that his son was heir of the Devil.

 

When the two entered the temple, Kazuya, transformed into Devil, explained the situation to his father and then hit him using a magical skill. Heihachi was unconscious when Kazuya fought his son. Kazuya had a problem with his Devil before the fight, so he fought Jin as a normal human. Jin defeated him when his devil was activated.

 

Then, Jin fought with Heihachi and defeated him too.

 

Now, Kazuya has taken the control of a big corporation named G-Corporation and Jin has taken the control of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Jin now created Tekken 6 to fight with Kazuya...
