Riven and Trynda are the only champions between these 4 that could work with Heal/Ignite ;p I see Riven players running Heal/Ignite quite often at ~1600 elo. Fizz and Tristana too. Flash is not 100 % needed, because she can escape pretty easily most times. Teleport is not used that often anymore, since people learnt when is the right time to help your team with objectives as a top laner and can be there at the perfect moment.
