any way with eclipse to update my server pack from timeline/svn on last rev

without add add updates manually ?

right click on pack in Package Explorer, click "Replace with" and later click on "Latest from Repository"

but i have some custom mods who are missed in original pack

i will lost my custom mods?

Try with Synchronize. I invite you to keep first a copy of your work in security.
