you should know that at first look it seems amazing - i mean not hard (xp rates) not easy (buff,equip) but still will be fun to play and ppl won't need to be online whole day :) it's up to you how you introduce the other rate/features to the people

Get a site + forum and try to advertise it a lot because u know that low rate servers need population about the game rates i think if u leave buff/equip retail and just boost rates of exp/sp/adena and drop maybe like x10 it should make interest in lots of people its up to u what display u make in the community ;]

please advertise it a lot, you got good files you have lameguard and you got opening in less than 3 days - you can easily attract the people out there playing bugged-java servers.. give your best how about decreasing buff limit to 24?

remove fame/gcm and foundation moirai sets from donation list :) 25k fame is way too much if fortress fame gain is retail .. same goes for KE etc.. and for some chars foundation moirai is the best set

imo the x4 server shouldn't stay because u are running java files and if someone wants to stick to a low-rate he will definetely look for something better than java.. and since u have a x20 server u can just have all the ppl there and not separating in a low and mid server.. also think about the inc. low-rate server :)
