Sorry but it's not impressive...seriously put a little time and effort into things.

Best advertisement is mouth to mouth by the players and the community. If the people know you are going to open something worthwhile word will spread like fire. If your going to open just another shit pack server than ya expect to have to spam your ass off and use the vote sites..and cheat even on the vote sites to get players.

So your dedi has a Dynamic IP? better get your money back :)

Looks pretty good but your claim of 900 players is not really true. Maybe like 200 real players and rest bot trains...I saw a whole party of bots doing raids in DV lol.

I don't think its dead..not even close. I think many players have stopped playing because they got sick of all the shitty servers. Also with 100's of new servers every week the population is spread thin very thin. So in short all the crap servers are hurting the community but it is far from dead.

Makes sense and I have read about other people saying the same thing with Joomla. Unfortunately though I do not have near enough time try and port everything over to PHP-Fusion. And I do agree about the forum. I prefer SMF but am using phpbb because it bridges well with Joomla. Edit: Been doing some research on PHP-Fusion it looks great. If I can find somebody that can port the current site and theme over I will give it a try.

It was a well documented problem with archid though yours seems worse than most. I played with archid just for fun and did not run into this problem at all. Seriously I would consider another project..that problem was never fully addressed.
