No. Use ogdamn bump button if you rly want to bump. Debug your code/configs. OfflineCraft enabled? If yes, then debug code, maybe it's wrong.

And what's the point taking it from db? What are you trying to do.. Normally to get pvp kills you use player.getPvPKills();
