You don't have to take RB names from xml, all info is stored while loading NpcTable. NpcTable.getInstance().getTemplate(raidBoss).getName();

Do you even have MySql installed? Hue :D Install all required programs: JDK 1.8* / MySQL / Navicat or MariaDB. Make sure you have 'clean' files / build successful, configure it and enjoy. * - if you have installed other versions of java, uninstall em all and then install / keep only 1.8.

If you see msg "item created/spawned in inventory" and you don't see icon, then it's textures problem (like missing textures, files) or armorgrp / weapongrp file fault (wrong id / non existing item). Verify everything again.
