That is definitely one of your better ones, mate. I have nothing to really criticize. I would have left that "Observer Maxcheaters.coM" text out completely though. Or at least changed the font and made it smaller maybe.

The font is absolutely horrible. Why do you use a pixel-font for a logo like that? Pixel fonts are meant to be used for extremely small texts. I'd make the outer, metalic circle smaller in radius. Just about 1-3px.

Maybe I don't, but you can't ever have enough resources :D

There IS fire fonts but those are often terrible and only fire-shaped. You should use proper layer effects and/or in combination with certain brushes to create that effect.

Uhm, yeah it's not very good. Don't use outer glow. Use another font. Make subtext smaller. Use Bevel & Emboss more efficiently.

So, I have chosen to become part of a team that is currently in the process of building up a top-notch TERA private server. It is being developed by the fellow owners of the old L2Dreams/Paradise and L2 Tenshi No Sekai. Those names might -or might not- ring a few bells in your head. The server is still far from opening, however we will start Beta testing soon. (hopefully) So for those interested, I thought I would let you know about this. Try making a signature with a real pictured background. Some particular scene. I think that would be cool and I think it's something you haven't tried a lot yet. :)

Well, all those (partially low opacity) particles kind of distort the image. In my opinion that red glow that comes off of the lightning sources doesn't fit well with the overall blue (ish) color of the background. And try to avoid using and real effects on the renders face (hair etc included). I think that is why it looks "low quality" even though it probably isn't. :)
