Δοκίμασε να βάλεις το custom ID του " 1001 " αν βλέπω καλά, πάνω σε ένα οποιοδήπωτε υπάρχων NPC του Server σου... Π.χ βάλτο για δοκιμή στην Gatekeeper. Άλλαξε το 7077 se 1001 και το type του από L2Teleporter σε L2PscDonate. Και δες μετά το restart του server σου, τι θα σου βγάζει..

Άλλαξε Buffer... ή δες στο script της Buffer μήπως εκεί υπάρχουν τα Buff, με δικό τους Time.. Επίσης, αν δεν κάνω λάθος, στο Frozen έχει config για να αλλάζει την ώρα των Buff..

Κάνε έναν Char Buffer, και δοκίμασε να κάνεις τα Skills πάνω σου, αν τα Buffs είναι σε ότι ώρα τα άλλαξες, τότε άλλαξε Buffer για αρχή..
