personally id just use equal and fix whatevers the problem this days.... cant be that much.. i mean lol im no pro on retail developments but it all seems to work fine.. cant say for archid cuz ill probably never try it and would be same with equal if it wasnt for the "active" il development thats so close to that "100"%......

i guess a very bad fix would be... mod a skill that all mages have and reduce crit rate.. you can get stats of any skill so im rlly not gonna help more than desc.. =P anywho.. its why god invented datapack devs and is also why im never gonna be one again =)

Subclipse is an eclipse plug-in that provides the functionality to interact with a subversion server.. try collabnet or idk.. depends rlly on what pack you use and im sure we dont use same so this is all i can help.. gl

if you wish to learn and not do this later when you need to..... (at least have all php options open), then download WAMP server its all in one web server, easily installed and started by 1 click.. then just put your index in the www folder.

this method obviously involves flooding the server.. if it doesnt work for you, it means it is not effective enough. (obviously cuz the server you try it on is to powerfull for your computer using this method or the method itself) my suggestion is... get another flood tool and try to run it simultaneously on many computers (each should use their own connection..).
