    High rate sevrer dont have ballance.beause?You can take all buffs form npc buffer.A Blade dancer never can kill a sagi or sps outside on pvp arena but at oly they have a chace to kill then.

    You are blind? dont see that he write lugarnt and hell fire? you have to do the quest.but the quest is not hard if you have already lugarnt and hell fire[about 3h].But the last quest with barakiel you need 1pt to kill him.
