"Good balance" is really complicated thing, and mostly impossible to do. You will need (just some samples) - good skills configuration (data + core support) - reduce max buffs/songs/dances count - proper max enchant (less = better balance, in most cases) - gameplay etc..

Just force them to use proper chronicle! For example set only freya protocol rev support. Using different chronicle equals to many errors, black icons (and critical errors after clicing them) etc.

Use proper IP's, make sure they have proper ip in their hosts file/system folder. Check if there are any gameserver error/info logs available.

While adding new drop, there is field where you should put something (don't remember it to be honest) I guess some kind of number (ex. 1 to be spoilable) Just take a look at dropilist from mob which has spoil. Compare it, and u will understand everything.
