What exactly do you mean by saying "window". Do you mean window of the login/gameserver console, or maybe window of the lineage2 client. My advices are: check your IP's from configs, from your hosts file (if u connect with this way) or ip from l2.ini file. Also take a look at gameserver logs (maybe there is some kind of error available)
