draconic, draconic bow +f++ , dye str +4 con - 4 and no dye for dex ...you're not a th u don't really need and if u put a dye of dex u'll have only a little more dex....

in l2 there is already the blood :) the skill bleed of dagger make really bleed the enemy :P anyway i'd like to see the blood on l2...but if there is more lag with that.... i prefer no

i had 2 silver ranger in my adventure in l2... but.. the hawkeye is the best :\ is balanced with dex str and con..and he have the boost atk speed of the rouge. This means that the hawkeye is more fast than the silver ranger(with rapid fire o_o) so........ phantom ranger have a good str and dex but he have the same CON of a mage xDDD
