Nope. L2OFF is completely different from L2J when it comes to GM access. There are no interface windows to use, everything is a typed command in the chat box; //summon [item ID] [amount], //teleportto [playername], etc.

Yes, there is a GM panel that you get by hitting Alt-G when logged into the game with builder status. Thing is it is only a few basic commands and not much else. There is not admin panel, GM shop panel, etc in L2OFF as everything is command line (chat) based.

The IP is already being used and the server cannot assign it twice. Check your login and server properties because the pack is not the problem it is your settings.

If you are going to worry about things like this then it is probably best if you do not open a server at all. Windows Firewall is all you need, it is easy to use and free.

Depends on how much you want to spend. If you want a server firewall/antivirus I would go with VIPRE Internet Security 2013 and it only costs about $49.95 US but is a good all around internet protection suite. http://www.vipreantivirus.com/VIPRE-Internet-Security/ Be warned however that you have to worry about more DDOS than anything else because if a professional hacker wants to get into your server no firewall or antivirus is going to stop them.

If you are going with Java and you have the knowledge I would suggest Linux OS (Unbutu). If you want an easy OS to run a server on I would suggest Windows Server 2003 or 2008 x64.

Client already has GameGuard built in, unless you have it disabled with a hack. Aside from that there is no much you can do to the client to make GameGuard answer your server. If you are using some other form of protection that is not GG than contact the team who wrote it because if you have some cracked or free version it probably does not work anyway.

Change you server configs so they do not look for GameGuard, it is probably enabled by default.

Empty the accounts and characters table and start the server. The system should automatically empty all the other character related tables. If you want to wipe everything, including siege times, seven signs and such, just re-install the database. Skip the login server and do a Full install if the game server.
