First you even said that vote system was perfectly working before the hwid. Meaning his vote system is just fine. The fact that your project is fcked up and the hwidh method is not implemented or not working properly is not Kara's problem it's yours. If you paid him for this work making the hwid working properly and he didn't make then yes you could say he did not complete the work but now you're wrong. And the fact that he will give you money is even more wrong. You got what you paid, pay more for the hwid or simply find a solution on your own, it's not Kara's problem neither his vote system problem.

if the skype id is live:skypeid it's the content of email and i can search with that on admin panel, with this way i found some scammers in the past, but if you use a custom skype id then you can't find the email

Well it's a known (lately) way of scamming. We've faced one or two scams recently with the same way and tbh i can't blame bigmanx for answering on skype and here since the guy asked him for adena and asked for a verification, however you can clearly see at pms that he said he contacted you on skype and the second pm (without receiving an answer from you) was asking if your skype id is the one he was talking to. My advice? Double and triple check the skype id because this one was on you @Dokanzito since you failed you add the proper person on skype. He mention always even on his very old post (the one on his signature) his skype id with bold letters and you failed to add the real bigmanx on skype. From bigmanx report i couldn't find any member linked to the email used to make the skype id the only way is if you tell us the skype id of the guy you talked to so we can check if there is any member linked to this skype.

Cleaned this whole mess. @kavvadi Since you receive the rest codes and the problem is only about the vote reward system which from what i've seen it's working it's just missing the hwid system but even like that if you want a refound you will get ONLY for the vote reward system which is 30 euro. Even tho it's only one function missing. It's not scam the fact that he delayed once. If you want the refound of 30 euro contact @Kara` otherwise just end this here.

I know the owner, i've done designs for him he don't own l2hawl, maybe he got the pack because he bought it but they are not the same person.
