  1. I have no high hopes mate, I never had. I just wanted to create something that I thought would be cool to play. If other people don't like it, that's totally fine. I coded (started) it and I launched (finished) it so I'm more than happy. There are currently 50 hours worth of games played across 1296 games and 2290 kills. Even if it stays that way, I'm totally happy with it.

  4. The server had a successful launch on a technical side and a not so successful launch on the online players side, which is something I expected anyway with such a niche concept. Here are some stats from the Grand Opening. Total characters created (today): 151 Peak online count: 39 Total game time played: 27 hours Total games played: 742 Total kills: 1345 People killed from the blue zone: 57 Maximum games running at the same time: 13 Obviously that's not much, but it's more than I ever expected. From a technical standpoint, the Tesla event engine that is backing the whole server up is the most stable piece of l2-related code I've written and I'm really proud of it, launching without any bugs or issues.   6. Well they spawn inside and they have 2 minutes each time to run. I did the math in all possible circle locations and it is more than enough.
  7. It's not moving at all, it snaps instantly which is just a different interpretation of the mechanic.

  14. Ofc not. It boils down to how you manage it. At this stage Tk doesn't work on it and nobody else works on it either. It doesn't sound like there's something to lose unless he depends on the money.

New Feature: Downed One of the most reported recommendations of the beta test is that players should not die instantly in duos but have the option to get downed and be revived for a short period of time. There you have it. Now when you run out of HP and you have at least one teammate alive, you will enter a "Downed" state, where your HP goes back to 50% and you can't move.   16. I have to disagree with this one. In the GitHub ecosystem people contribute because everything is on record. Issue opening/tracking, pull requests, code reviews, contributions and account activity. It's not 2008 anymore.

  19. Nobody called you hobbyist for the features implemented. I rather said that the code looks like what a hobbyist would consider clean. This is factually correct. It's not a bash. Also I didn't say anything regarding bugs or features missing but rather code issues and code cleanliness. Nobody can deny that aCis is the most feature complete IL project that offers the source. For very obvious reasons.

You don't care enough anymore because you're not on the limelight (and that's fine), but if there are people that are willing to work on a barely functional C# project then just open source on GitHub. People are passing the project around for free anyway.
