  5. Hi there, I would like to ask you all, how can I maximize damage output from my destroyer. Lets take for an example a Raid Boss. For now I have standard buffs, zerk, greater might, cov, dances + songs, frenzy, zealot, rage, gift of queen, boss jewels, yellow talismans for P.atk. From time to time I also have Appetite for Destruction. +4 dex and +5 str dyes. What else can I do of who else do I need to make bigger damage? Thank you very much for collaboration on topic :)
  6. Hi there, I would like to ask about possible tweaks and fixes to make out most of the Lineage 2 client gameplay and network wise. What can I do to improve my client to work more smoothly? Also, if I want to improve performance in lets say siege, which graphic option should I turn off? Shadows? I know, that L2 is heavily CPU dependent game. I know about these things: - Changing "CacheSizeMegs" from 32 MB to 256/512 MB, so my graphic card is using more memory for the game - "NoDynamicLights=True" also helped a bit - Leatrix Latency fix for better latency - http://www.leatrix.com/leatrix-latency-fix - SSD for huge increase in load times and overall loading capacity and speed - RAM disk (tried this by myself and it runs same as on my SSD, but keeping it here for info, maybe it can work for others) What are the other tweaks I can use to get out most from my L2 client? (I do play mainly on GF chronicle). I would like this thread to be a complete source for these tweaks, so if other members of this forum come up with another tweaks and fixes or whatever which helps Lineage 2 to run better, I will edit first post.   7. Thanks for pointing that out. Found the program and actually recognized it. I was trying to do in it something like two year ago. So it should "just" be about exporting right picture, changing it and then setting it back in L2UI_CT1? Is that right? What if I want to change how inventory looks? What would I need to do? I know that there were some custom packs, which added more items per line for example.
  8. Hi, I would like to make a custom UI for myself for a gracia final, maybe other chronicles later. It is not going to be something crazy, just changes of few colors here and bigger opacity there. How can I start and what are the tools I need to make this possible? Can someone point me into right direction? Thank you very much :)

  14. Well, this was the first idea I had before I got into making .ukx on my own, but If I did that, system started to crash with the same error. So there is probably some incompatibility and it would be way easy like that, right? :D Thanks for the link, gonna check it out. Also, dou you have a postal UE? Same bad luck as with the OAUKX, cant find the tool. Thanks once more!
  15. Thanks for the information you provided, I do appreciate it. My goal is to port some of the hat accessories from H5 into interlude. To do so, I need to extract meshes and apply textures. Well, I think textures aren't problem, but the meshes are. I simply tried to extract it, then rework it in UE and make an .ukx files. Well, you see what happened. Could it happen that you have a working version of this OAUKX program? I searched through internet, but everything I got was not working programs "terminated by system in unusual way". As it is a hobby, I do not plan to spend 50 dollars for the program (right now), but if I dive more into it, I will definitely consider it. What is the difference with the postal 2 UE? And to your EDIT note: I already tried to do a re-texture and as you wrote, that is not a problem as the mesh is same, but the accessories from H5 aren't present in IL and therefore I need to create new .ukx with meshes (at least I think so) Thanks again :)
  16. Hello, here I am with another question. I was messing a bit with umodel, UE and stuff and I tried to make "new" texture from already made head accessory from H5, which is in this case Ant cap. I did new .ukx and .utx files, both should have neccessary files to work. Now, here is the question.   20. Got it to work, thanks both. Problem actually was not that I fucked up textures or armor grp .dat files (which I did not), but that my system had dynasty weapons with same IDs in items.dat and weaponsgrp.dat, I needed to delete it in both files and then it started to work. :) Anyway thanks both for help. If you don't mind I have few more questions to clarify few things. 1. This way, am I able to port practically everything? I saw a lot of shares in here, so it should be possible. What I want to know is, if there are some limitations regarding porting things from newer chronicles to old ones? Like if IL cant handle certain type of something, cant work with some kind of effects which are not in default in client or DXT 3/5 limitations and things like that? Should I know about something? 2. I have a small problem with normal hats - > I can see hair in hats. http://prntscr.com/5v4f12 (it is happening only to some of them) What could cause such a behavior? Where should I look? I thought it could be hairaccessorylocgrp.dat, but that is wrong assumption, right? 3. Also, I don't understand, why the system takes texture file for bamboo hat in this format: "JohnScott_Bamboo_Hat.Bamboo_Hat", when there is no such texture in a file as I shown on screenshot in first post ( http://prntscr.com/5urmpj). Correct texture should be " JohnScott_Bamboo_Hat.Br_Bamboo_Hat_m003_a_t00_sp" or not? Could someone explain it to me please?
  21. 1. This is not the case, as the item is not in game at all. It is missing completely, so only thing could be wrong armorgrp, gonna look at it once more 2. same as above 3. I saw a post with custom packs on forum here: http://www.maxcheaters.com/topic/168690-pack-acessories-100-il/?hl=pack and because I was curious, I downloaded it, and I am able to port these hats, which works fine: Refined Wizard Hat Jester Hat Refined Refined Romantic Chapeau Refined Dapper Cap However, I am not able to port these: Assassin's Bamboo Hat Laborer Hat Noblesse Oblige Goddess Hair Style 1 Style 2 Hair Goddess and I don't know why. First thing I did was to repair a format so fileedit actually eats itemnames and armorgrp, all of it fine, as Refined Hats work, but those, who has custom textures and are somehow from newer chronicle dont want to appear in game or developer window. Here is refined wizard hat and bamboo as an example and it is abbreviated (there only first few columns, but I think it should be enough). Could it be, that bamboo hat has a DXT3 texture and also an alpha channel (can't be the case as refined hats are also DXT3 as I discovered in UE 2 now), therefore interlude can't eat it? OR what could be the problem? I have no idea and I spent couple hours on it. I feel it is going to be something simple. Could you also help me with developer windows on IL? Why it has problems with textures and stuff as shown on screenshot above? Any idea? I can't figure it out with the hat, so I would appreciate any kind of help. Thanks in advance :)
