Check if your hard drive is installed corectly, and recognised by your pc. Check if it is plugged correctly, and then try reinstalling and changing the name to D:\ or G:\ if it is not like that...

First, do not double post, first warning second, hLaPEx is fixed in all servers, it was a tool for c4-c5, now we have kamael. Forget about hlapex. Search for l2phx, you may be able to do sth with that (do not expect anything crazy)
