Start with changing and improving your staff.

As I know,by erol's and coyote's posts.

They have already found the guys who will be promoted and demoted,but I know why they dont make it.

Maybe its a solution but maybe not..

Sure banings must be stopped........!I Think there is no reason to ban a member that has 0 karma and 10 posts...! MXC team had to let him grow up and be a fanatic member...! Coyote had banned me without reason just beacause i had join for a litle GP ....! Ok .. Is he happy with that? I am here again -i can take everything i want from MXC and do again whatever i want ;) (baning me = just lost my posts and karma ) nothig else for me...! :P Also i can change as much as i want my ip adreese so no prob for me...! If the reasons of the bans changed ,sure will come up better days on this Forum...!

I don't think so,yet.If we see activity in forum about Tera,yes then,make a board.Like with LOL

Rift is still in beta like TERA but the discussion and Guides are on the way! lot of ppl want to start check guides from now to be ready for the big live! so its a good opportunity.

 

Personally i will start making guides from now

Advertisment to increase population (Youtube , facebook friend invitations, other forums etc.)

 

Motivate people to get back on other sections (like events for WoW, CS etc)

 

Stop banning trusted and old members , fix the teams.

 

 

And the most important of all , you should get a good Firewall or something, no reason for a big site like this to fall so easily because of some kids.

Anyway sorry i tried a program on ur site and guess what.. it worked :P
