lol u failed.

a level 30 account summoner will have 30runes(=10.000 IP)

amd runes make a huge dif in the game

for example a tryndamere with crti dmg runes(powerful at late game) vs a tryndamere with crit chance(powerfull at early game)

will follow dif build + dif stategies(not only trynd but his whole team) and this make the difference between LOL other RTS game

needs more brain+team play
