Helloz. I have for you AiO Buffer pack for l2j Freya.  :D

Inside u can find:

 

• XML file with custom AiO buffs (it does not change any skill in game just add new one)
          All buffs time is 1h, cast and reuse time decreased.
  
• Script for add AiO skills to any character
          A script which connect to your database and add skills, dyes, change character level and name.
  
• Client side patch which allow client do display skills :P

I think i should add there improves skills, heal skills and passives but have not much time now :P

And about weapon it doesn't matter what weapon u use. For add skills to character just use script. ;)

Would be great to make custom duals which remove all character's skills on equip and add aio skills, but i have no idea how do it :P
