actually on freya you do not change that value anymore to get max zoom

 

On freya find RightMouse

It looks like this

RightMouse=CameraRotationOn | UseAutoTrackingPawnOff | StopMouse | CameraRotationOff OnRelease | UseAutoTrackingPawnOn OnRelease | MoveMouse OnRelease | FixedDefaultCamera OnRelease MaxPressedTime=200.0

 

To get max zoom you need to make it look like below

 

RightMouse=CameraRotationOn | UseAutoTrackingPawnOff | StopMouse | CameraRotationOff OnRelease | UseAutoTrackingPawnOn OnRelease | MoveMouse OnRelease | set Engine.LineagePlayerController MaxZoomingDist 65535 | set Engine.LineagePlayerController MinZoomingDist -200 | FixedDefaultCamera OnRelease MaxPressedTime=200.0
