u are not right ... that bug depends on what your ip is.. (dynamic or static...) lol u dont event know how "your bug" works

u just change ip which i guess is not the best thing to do !... many things can be affected as well as restarting modem is pretty much boring...

efective only with dynamic ip and when cookies are cleaned... (some of sites using check ur cookies) so better to make them empty before revote..

Actually that is a trick to destroy your modem for b-sh1ts..

 

Btw there is a site that you can change ur ip ,you can use it for max 3 times,BUT if hopzone owner catch you,your server got -100 votes.. So it wasnt a way to vote more than 1 time..
