There are English subs, it's better than dubbed I think ..

And I guess it will be starting to go dubbed when there will be at least ~15 Episodes (There will be more than 26),

And new Episode every week .. ~13++ weeks :D

Well, I haven't  watched Hellsing yet, but I believe that HOTD is similar to Elfen Lied too.
