What do u mean ? when you a exit from a church you say goodbye ? wtf ?

What i'm trying to say is that a ex-staff member should receive at least a "thanks" for his dedication and his hours spent on this forum, 2 years ago when someone was leaving the staff the things where totally different, now you just open the EXIT door and you simply kick them :)
