Most useful: Well, I believe that the importance of a skill depends on the current state of the player. For example, a titan with 20% HP, would certainly need a frenzy, whereas the only thing that could possible save the Hawkeye from the same situation would be a successful stunning shot/dash (to run).

 

Most useless:

For a PvP Server: Self heal, as they always use Battle Heal (They have unlimited mana potions, so MP Consumption is not a problem).

Generally: I'll agree on Surrender to Poison.

If sph/sps (mages with sourounder earth)and have stone active,won't i use their skills among with vortex?if bishop/ee etc had this skill it would be VOILA,but...(i am talking about IL)

 

And yes,forgot...best skills are  Heroic miracle+Dash yayayayahh

There's no skill that can be more useless than Charm >.<

 

At least, surrender to poison can make your poison stronger, but charm does nothing.

Oh, forget my surrender to poison!

The wedding skills, that you receive with a no grade +0 bow.

They are COMPLETELY useless for farming/pvp/generally.

Im using lure vs archers..you know i play with evasion.

i do too but against archers i use a dash + ulti eva combo if its 1v1 and dash + ulti eva + mirage combo if its more v 1

Yeah dude, most of them hitting 3-4 arrows, they see they miss, so they try to run and im using lure to bring them back, i dont think this skill is useless.
