lol its not about educational system, i mean yeah its a part of a problem. But whole system is based on corruption including clerics, politics, every single person working for the goverment etc. well, not everyone but like 80% of them.

I was talking specifically about education, not economical problems...etc.

But everything is based on the progress of economy, and if economy fails a chain reaction will happen to other sectors too.
