How can start dev concole with IL system folder ?

and what command i can use in

i see in some topic but dont remember ppl run l2.exe and he log in game without put user and pass and he can see evriting there .

Is called Tester,it make u able to enter the game in a "test" mode;) search for "Dev tools"---> go here Dev Tools AkA pawnviewer it works for all chronicles.

becouse he posted only 3 commands

        PV - Pawn Viewer - Try all armors, weps, etc).

        NV - NPC Viewer - You can make your character to every NPC in the game)

        SV - Skill Viewer - Test all skills existing in the game

I know you can change in env.int the ShowEffectMesh=0, so all weapons at the tester will glow, if you want to check the glow position and special glow. I don't know about enchanting commands, perhaps others have an idea?
