Are you sure you can handle so much shadows? It's going to be a heavy-loading site, as PNG images are going to be needed. Also, it's too big.960px should be a decent resolution for a regular screen-size and should not have any compatibility issues with any browser.Try to resize it a bit. Also try not to have gradients as text-background colors.

In general it's good for your first try ;)

personally i think it would be better fit for a big portal or something that needs allot of space for text..(if you remove inside things), but ether ways.. its a simple and clear design.. which is always nice, gj.. =)

first usefull comment, ty..

shadows are np.. there wont be any png needed, size will be resizable.. -beep- ie and i agree on the gradients, its an impossible idea imo..

Did you read my tip? :O

Why do people keep on behaving like stupid while they don't know what they want.IFyou don't want comments on that, DO NOT POST IT UNTIL IT'S DONE..Jesus Christ..

exactly.. really nicely put.. tell me lol, what do you want?

and to answer your "tip", she does want comments.. but you dont comment rofl.. - im sure you dont agree but then.. who cares? :O

Then upload it in tinypic/imageshack bla bla and leave it in there rofl...

another perfect example.. lol, seriously all your posts are spam.. not 1 that i read had a valid comment, you just dont like goddess and we all see that.. (no one cares sadly i suppose?), but anyway wtf? why are you saying that i mean rofl.. its like i say go take a shit and eat it.. pointless and idk why youd even listen to my comands? oO

Since you post it in here, you'll be expecting comments.

Well the buttons are so big. They should be resized and all the rest of the stuff, hope you get me :)

About the gradients, just use a gradient color resizing in y and cover the rest with the end color of the gradient so the size could be adjustable ;)

It's not the slicing, the difficult part. But the CSS/XHTML coding is a bit difficult.Tomorrow I'll free my hands (I was writing exams :))

+Agree.

Also i see all the people here working with the same size. and imo the size no is the best. the boards looks too big and the text the same. not much empty space but some space need. to see how will look in you explore maybe the best is open the IMG file with firefox. with that you will see how will looks, i mean the size :)

In fact it's a clever move to put the resolution at 1600px but this is only needed for you to see how the widescreen-view looks. The maximum width of a website should be 990 px MAX or 1000px anyway, but not 1600.Take care of that ;)

well this site will probably have fixed size.. but i usually code all pages in % and make a fluid layer.. where just text says the same.

CSS/XHTML isn't difficult.
