1 = Drop Rate

- XML: Fixed some scroll cords

- XML: Updating Pledge/Sub Pledge/Residential/Territory Skills.

- Fear effect a bit more like retail

I have a problem with the server. I'm trying to make an account with admin rights but it's not working (I don't wanna make the whole server GMS) I tried it from the "StartSqlAccountManager" but nothing.

The only thing i want from them is to post to the forum of l2j one list with the problems of the pack and the fixes because ok someone is going to compile it but he must know about the pack if he is interested to make a server.

Conect to your server database with phpmyadmin or navicat and edit characters table. Find your char and change access level to 127.
