I found some unpackers for Pecompact' date=' but none of them worked.I also tried few for AsPack that didnt work either.

no i am not. i only know that the engine.dll has an encryption. i dont really know what kind of encryption has but with the hex editor nothing happens.probably we want a specific unpacker for this engine.dll

Ok i managed to dump the engine.dll

 

Its a difficult proccess(not sure if i got it right cause the translator didnt make much sense), and i can tell you that its very difficult to find the token/protocol.

Ok i will tell you what i found and where:

 

I used a tool called lordPE found here:

http://www.sistemo.com/ 

). As far as i can understand with this tool you can monitor very task you want and the .dlls that it uses.

 

Run L2.exe and the login screen will come up.Then alt+tab and run lordPE.All the tasks will appear.Choose l2.exe.Then underneath a list with the .dlls thatare used will come up.Choose engine.dll.

 

I right-clicked it and chose full dump.A masive 64mb file came up(you can name ot as you like).If you hex edit it then you can find what you want.

Very good idea But wont work in Beyond... If find the "right" hex to token but dont work so... We must search another method ;/
