The text's font could be better.

The effect on the text is okay.

 

The render is over sharpened in many areas, which means that the viewer does not focus on a special area.

You could blur some things and sharpen areas like his pistol, or his head.

 

It has many colors, but since the smudging is quite nice, the outcome is very nice.

You couldn't have overdone it though.
