I like low rate to and no top weapons in gm shop, Some farming must be done. Well nice idea. Dunno about the hp,cp boost.

Other opinion--> i rly like mid rates 40-200x with 1 custom armor/weapon and at least 200+people(IL-G.final) and also as highrate 2000x+ with customs:D..i just can say that i like very much customs(ofc if are made with brain..and not 879725829879 stats..something like str+3 dex+2 con-1 dunno..)
