Both of the suck a bit..

The first is nothing special, just a text and a subtext with some blending effects..

 

The second has something more special at the background, but the text's font is bad and this lighting effect makes it differ a lot from the whole thing.

 

But to choose one from these two, I'd choose the second one.

As I told, the first one is just TEXT.
