Well Interpid at one point you're right,but then why most people choose to play still the Interlude update?

I don't think my connection has problems.and I said most servers not all are laggy.of course they would be laggy if they don't support it from datacenter(if they want to have a serious server).

 

L2 doesn't has better graphics than the 95% of the mmorpgs.

See some mmorpgs with simply better graphics.

lol the are nabs the real l2 (for me) is from Hellbound  + 

(I play Interlude too) :P

 

true kamael was a too early update since hellbound its really cool...

look the dates of these games eahc of them is new game 1-2years old OR its released in the past few months...and now look how old the l2 graphics engine is...C3 was released in 2004 its 5years and btw you are blind lineage graphics are way better than aion graphics aion looks like wow and the textures are a joke...and BTW dont play on a server which dont have a name thats all dont play noname home hosted servers and done...

 

the way i see it you dont like lineage because you simple dont think logically and you play on home hosted mxc advertised servers...idk said before go and try out russian off or go and and try out a bigger high rate l2tns l2relapse infinitel2 etc etc are well populated...

 

and BTW kamael made for olympiad stop that bullshit please kamael is the only class which have a chance against an ol in olympiad :D

Yeah I didn't said Kamaels are bad,(I like the Kamaels)but they just aren't as strong as other races.

 

See Olympiad Games to understand what I mean.

Kamaels kick asses in oly if the server is balanced. Trickster have a skill that you can get lethal easily so QQ to enemy. And the other classes have good skills :P

lmao thats not a valid reason because i played on retail C5 IL Kamel and Hellbound also a bit gracia part1 and the gameplay was the shittiest in interlude and kamael ;)

I don't say that Interlude sux but it have not as good gameplay as Hellbound has

 

all this shit textures destroys everything...

I think that textures make it better :P

      There's many reasons why it would be more NO than YES : Using NCSoft assets is a death wish, they can lawyer any LU3/Unity if they wanted, since it's a plain steal of intellectual property. It's an hobby, as you said it, and it's not specially about money. Money is a way to filter idiots/resellers, nothing more. It's really about trying to replicate old content and optimize it which I find it fun. I just align with the basic idea than an emulator emulates. When you launch Project64 and SuperMario 64, you don't expect to get something more than 120 stars and Bowser boss in the end - which should have been L2J project to begin with Even if I played a lot with TESCS from Morrowind, back in time, it's not enough to handle current engines, and I'm too lazy to learn Unity/Unreal Engine. Moreover, it would mean buying assets. While doing it alone would be a fail, coupling to L2J / L2 community would still be shitty (since the majority is RU/BR) ; people is only about fame/glory/reselling shit on back of others. Opening to others, the project would be leaked day 1, rebranded and resold. MMO genre is basically dead, and that's not a reboot of any game (l2/wow classic :D) which will turn the tide. Regarding L2 or an remastered version of it, you can obviously blatantly copy-cat it (as Propnight did for Dead by daylight).   All frenchies aren't supposed to do Expedition 33 :).
