[QUESTION] About an ideal Internet Connection speed for CS 1.6 non-steam server

Can somebody tell me how much internet connection is ideal for someone who wants to have a cs server? I think a 2 GB ram is cool...

but if its for less than 10 people I think 1 mb connection is gonna run fine!

lol u can run 32slots whit 1mb connection.... i haved srv was upload 60kb/s and easly was able to play 22people... just cant do more b/c i haved only 1gb ram...

You make me to laugh how can be a server with 32 slots with 10 mb speed? ahahaha  ;D you need to enought band,if you wanna to dont have lag on server,anyway if you wanna a good one server you must to host it on a good hoster not at your home ;)
