solo is the best way. in order to respect and be respected you have to force them hunt you down because of your great skills and make them beg you join their team.(example a great healer or a great DPS are always wanted)

Best clans i ve seen is when real life friends make them and (or) they play for a long time together...

 

So respect is mutual...

 

If you need a clan leader to tell you what to do in a siege-raid mass pvp you are noob...

 

Every char especially in low rates must know his place thats why there are great clans and not great leaders...

Well, in Offical you must respect your Clan Leader! But, in High Rate PvP Servers, I don't think so. A few of them deserve it.
