I triyed on java and at one noob server that all phx scripts work and it didn't worked just send the msg all time :S and he was in :S i left it for some mins but again

 

Try setting up from 1 msec to 4 msecs. 5 msecs were enough for the server I tried it on. But if the shortening msecs won't help means there's a protection. I think it is same protection as for Announcements bug but I'm not sure.
