[Share] Buffs with 4-8 hours

Download the files and put them in the folder skills (gameserver==>data==>stats==>skills). Then your buff will be for 4 hours and songs and dances will be 8 hours ;)

I suggest to my friend Draagoon  to update the revision that he is using. Oneo Developing is far away and with major updates from this rev that you are using if you have problems with compilation i can give u for now the last rev compiled to help the community here.
