Is it just me or it's vesper weaps with special glow?

anyway the outcome rocks but I just can't see what you've done exactly besides the glow!

if I'm correct the passive skills are also from the hero weapon?

 

vesper with the hero_weapon glow effect and the enchant glow.

 

but still he put effort of doing it on the set of weapon.
