most highrates got mainly greeks. most good lowrates (not those bugged, laggy, 4month-long-server) are russian imo/in my experience.

i think that depend's on server's ... for example more russian server = more speaker's :D more polish = more speaker's btw i found that greek language is really everywhere for sure :D
