Guys i have good news.

If your unreal dont works!

When you Extract the TGA,Excract it at the C:

Then when you importing the TGA must show you the weapon.

make sure you're using the right animation for your weapon. for ex if you edit hero bow make sure that in weapon group you have the animation for the hero bow (LineageWeapons.the_bow_of_hero_t00_wp        your.texture) something like this. hope you understood
