Fighter FX and its latest version seems to be the best cs hack ever made. However, I'd go against supporting this cheat (and any other cheat for cs, but that's not the point) because it is actually a rip from Furious SP. So, the guy who made this is a damn leecher.

 

Check this site for up-to-date cs hacks. Seren1ty r# is worth your attention.

 

EDIT: But again, people who use hacks in cs are noobs and immature. Making a hack makes you a hacker, not using one. It ruins the game, that's all.

 

EDIT(2): On the other hand... be very careful when using a cheat on vac secured servers as your account may be banned. Due to late updates in VAC, you will have to edit CRC.

 

Here is a tutorial on how to change CRC of a cheat.

Even if it's in that way I think FighterFX is the best right now VAC2Proof Cheat.
