What's happening to me:

 

It's not getting enchanted. I mean i tried about 10 times and it says always

Inappropriate enchant conditions.

 

When it breaks the weapon doesn't really break.. it's going down to the ground. But it doesn't matter, cause it's never really enchanted! It's always saying Inappropriate enchant conditions. I'm pretty sure, that i've done whatever you said!

I think that means that in your server it is fixed or you have a mistake to your packet ....
