Discussion Paid server pack - Free server

Hello lovely comunity,

I'm here seeking some advise at this point. Currently I'm sick and tired of the servers out there official and private alike. Seems I cant find a spark or will power to keep grinding over and over again every 3-6 months or just wait for the admin to have a mental breakdown.
Thats my sob story now my questions 

I want to spend 2-5 hours per day creating my own server. I have very limited knowledge of Dev work however AI is here and Im at least smart enough to use it to some extent. For someone who wants to start a fresh development is it better to start from 0 and get grinding or buy a somewhat prepared pack ?
If buying a pack is the better option who sells them ?
Are they worth $100 or $5000 ?
What are the key things I should look for in those packs ?
Any direction or advise would be greatly appreciated.
PS: Looking for the most current client. I dont care if I ever launch the server I just want to know I spent my time creating something I like

At this point, you’re better off buying server files that have actually been heavily tested by you or that you’ve personally played on. Working with public sources is a waste of time. These days, it’s also a waste of time to deal with files that have never powered a live server, or with people trying to sell you a story without real proof or a solid player base to back it up.

Since ur interested on the latest client(s) Your best bet is l2jmobius. 
Their free repo is more than enough to get you started. They also offer a subscription of 100$ in order to access the latest sources. A big + is the community there is pretty active and helpful.

using the free mobius ...you have more chances to win the lottery ,latest doesnt mean is good. Thats why the are called "free"

actually the free is just older in mobius as far i know, the latest always means better (most of the times) but the important thing is that its active project and does actual work so... any point beyond this is invalid.
